Expackers.... WTF!

Alright first let me start this one off by saying I do indeed respect the skill involved with properly calculating and laying/throwing an expack, getting cover and detonating it to sucessfully kill your target. I sure as hell can't do it worth a damn, and haven't seen too many that were actually good at it.
Instead, most use them as stationary grenades and lay them next to you, and run off hoping they can get far enough away that they don't kill themselves and fast enough that your gun doesn't kill them. Usually this works simply because by the time you realize they've dropped an expack you're already screwed.

Furthermore....
Killing an expacker isn't rewarding at all. I mean they are basically defenseless at any real range [Mind you I am talking about expackers only... Not those good with Garands/Type 5's etc.] and killing them requires little more than aiming in their general direction and keeping the flow of bullets until they're face down in the dirt.
